NATURAL RESOURCES AS THE PART OF THE NATIONAL WEALTH OF RUSSIA

In article the structure of natural resources potential of the Russian Federation, its place in social and economic development of the country is considered. The role of mineral resources is thus most in detail analyzed. From macroeconomic positions use and renewal (restoration) of natural resources in modern Russia is subjected the developed research. Critical remarks are stated, concrete directions of an exit from the developed negative situation are formulated.

In article the condition of a water economic complex of the Russian Federation is considered, the comparative analysis of waterretaining capacity of gross domestic product (GDP) in our country with foreign analogues is given. The basic problems proving necessity of acceptance of Water Strategy of the Russian Federation for the period till 2020 are investigated.

MODERN TECHNOLOGIES AND NEW RESULTS OF LAND MONITORING OF THE MEGACITY

The works of land monitoring had spent in Moscow using space shooting (20032008). Every year it is built up 1,5±0,3% of city territories with buildings and constructions, from 0,25% to 0,65% of city lands are broken. The same amount of lands is improved and less than 0,15% are liberated. Soon in Moscow it is predicted the exhaustion of new building.

RATIONAL USE OF LAND RESOURCES OF THE FAR EAST FOR REPLACEMENT GM SOYBEAN FROM THE RUSSIAN MARKET

In this article reviews the world and Russian tendencies of soybean production, making the contrastive analysis of soybean yield and amounts of its using. Also describes the economically sound alternative technology cultivation in the Far East region, which provide increasing the level of soybean yield per hectare. To this effect it is necessary to apply extra phosphorus nutrition for soyeans in second part of vegetation.

In to become considered some problems which arisen last years before a forestry and have become aggravated in the conditions of an economic crisis. One of the basic questions is definitions of a pattern of ownership and the proprietor in relation to forest resources and the prepared (cutting) wood at various stages forest activity (forestry) and use of forest resources, including wood preparation (cutting). The developed analysis of positions of the forest legislation of the country is given; specific proposals are formulated.

Due to significant anthropogenic basic vegetation violation the plant cover changes can be clearly seen on the macro relief level, where the associations form full ecological ranges from basin divide to river valley. The plant society structure reflects the vegetation tolerance to anthropogenic effects and global climate changes.

The offered material reflects gnoseological sight at origin, genesis, a current situation and prospects of development of a geodesy as sciences from philosophical and historical positions. Communication of the given science in the general system of knowledge, including from positions Aristotel categories and later groupings is considered. Historical aspects are in detail stated; examples of the most significant geodesic workings out, including in the Middle Ages, are resulted. The major problems of a modern geodesy and cartography are simultaneously in detail opened, the primary goals and directions of researches are formulated.

Character of agricultural lands infrastructural changes in the Altay Territory for last 20 years during various reforming of plant growing and livestock farming are revealed and analyzed. A substantiated conclusion about necessity of long, regular “draft” work on normalization of an effective agricultural production in the region is made.
