In article separate macroeconomic indicators of mining activity and also some budgetary indicators are analysed. It is underlined the urgency of researches in this direction for the general situation assessment in a national economy of Russia. The basic part of article is devoted statistics of prospecting (geological) activity. A number of contradictions in the published information which should be specified and eliminated are resulted.

SELECTION AND UTILIZATION OF WASTES OF WATER TREATMENT ON TOMSK WATER INTAKE

In the article the results of search of rational method of separation and utilization of ferriferous sediment are presented (from the scourage of quick filters of the Tomsk water intake). It is educed, that caolinit clays of the Tomsk deposits can be used for intensification of coagulation of fallouts of scourage. It is shown that the best results on the decline of turbidity and maintenance of iron are given by an electroflotocoagulation method at the use of electrolysis device with variable frequencies. Possibility of utilization of wastes is shown for preparation of sorbcion material, reducing maintenance of ions of heavy metals in productive and thundershower sewages.

Specific features of numerical assessment of ecosystem pollution under anthropogenic impact are considered on the basis of specialized ecogeochemical mapping with calculation of residual mass volumes of polluting elements in soils. Algorithms of their economic rating in terms of accumulated ecological damage are proposed.

ABOUT REFORM OF FOREST REGULATION IN RUSSIA

Forest regulation as scientificallynormative basis of modern forestry and forest use is examined. The analysis of the initial state of forest regulation is given taking into account transformations which was suffered by forest regulation for the decades of the plan economic system. It is shown that main task of forest regulation consists in realization of complex of works upon settlement, ground and planning of using the forest, concrete forest user at the transmission of the forests in a lease or for the sale of areas of forest fund tree felling from auctions. The primary concerns of strengthening of role of reformed forest regulation are certain: renewal in the forest legislation (Forest Code of the Russian Federation) of concept "conduct of forestry" and creation of formulations, tasks and algorithm of implementation of renewed forest regulation.

HUNTING AND GAME MANAGEMENT: PRACTICAL AND THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF TERMINOLOGY

Basic terms of hunting resource use: «hunting» and «game management» are analysed. It was shown that they may be used in broad and narrow sense with various level of details of designated concepts. Peculiarities of their use have a situational character. More accurate definition, correction and concretization of terminology used in hunting and ecological law, economic classifications and scientific practice are urgent.

The problem of reforming of state regulation in sphere of the preservation of the environment, lifted on session of the State Council concerning state regulation perfection in the field is considered. Achievements of the end 80th – the beginnings of 90th in creation of a control system by nature protection activity in the country are analyzed. Specific proposals on perfection of system of state regulation operating now in sphere of preservation of the environment are formulated, and also strategic directions of necessary actions at the World and national levels on prevention of global ecological accident of mankind are presented.

In the article there are analyses the geographical sense of information about the status of water bodies and human impacts on them. For example, issues of anthropogenic impacts on water bodies is deemed to be problematic approach to addressing their protection. Shown that the regulatory mechanisms for regulating the impacts can not operate effectively without geographic sense of indicators of water bodies.
