«We live in the interconnected, diverse, inconsistent and fragile world which has entered a critical stage of the historical development». The modern world under the influence of global threats and calls moves to global accident. To prevent it is possible only together, on the basis of the coordinated actions of all world community. All states of the world have to operate as a uniform reasonable organism within the limits of the general Strategy of development of a human civilization. Working out of such strategy is extremely necessary under the guidance of the United Nations.

Underground waters are one of sources of water supply and one of the major mineral resources. In the conditions of accruing deterioration of a surface water fresh underground waters are quite often unique source of maintenance of the population the quality potable water, protected from pollution. The satisfaction of current and perspective requirements of the population of Russia in qualitative potable water gets the increasing social and economic value.

DEFICIENCY OF RETURN OF WATERRESOURCE SYSTEM IN EXTREMAL CONDITIONS: DEFINITION

It is known that the river flow has a number of features, is its constant variability over time. Research has shown that along with regular changes caused by the alternation of the seasons, there are occasional fluctuations in flow, differing from each other, various years and do not fit into the framework of the annual cycle. These fluctuations, due to multiple reasons for their generators, are incidental in nature, and cause a fixed level of water consumption of water scarcity. Under the fixed level of water consumption usually means a guaranteed return of waterresource systems.

Valaam is the interesting monastery forestry and introduction of trees memorial. The plantings of larch, oak, Siberian pine, fir and other species are valuable scientific objects. The generalization of inventory dates has shown dynamics of planting state throughout 150 years. The new valuable objects made known. Monastery plantings perspectives have been estimated.

Research of influence of improvement cutting in pine woods on forages stocks for an elk, deer, etcetera, and influences of that cutting on concentration of the given animals in the hunting grounds is resulted. SYMBIOSIS OF THE MOST VALUABLE OBJECTS OF THE FAUNA OF RUSSIA: HOW PARASITE PEARL MUSSEL ENHANCES THE VIABILITY OF HIS HOST ATLANTIC SALMON

A unique case is analyzed when the accelerated senescence program in salmon can be canceled by larval parasite of gills – freshwater pearl mussel Margaritifera margaritifera. As a result, the maximum age of Salmo fishes hosting the mussel can be as high as 13 years. The mollusk – fish interactions are discussed.

In article prospects of tourism development, as one of directions of a diversification of economy of Siberia and Far East regions are considered. This development in many respects depends on use of naturalresource potential of territories. There are estimation of dynamics of tourism taking into account influence of transboundary aspects is spent, questions of development of internal, ecological tourism as the factor of preservation of resource potential and rational wildlife management.

The offered material reflects gnoseological sight at origin, genesis, a current situation and prospects of development of a geodesy as sciences from philosophical and historical positions. Communication of the given science in the general system of knowledge, including from positions Aristotel categories and later groupings is considered. Historical aspects are in detail stated; examples of the most significant geodesic workings out, including in the Middle Ages, are resulted.
